About

I’m Joanne Bolger, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in midlife women’s hormone health. I specialise in helping support women who are 40+ to restore hormonal balance involved in the menstrual cycle; frequently dysregulated by heavy periods, PMS, fibroids and endometriosis. I have a special interest in perimenopause and menopause. My own significant hormone issues have motivated me to seek the knowledge to help others like me.
